Account and data requests

You can request deletion of your Satu Bumi Techk account and related personal information by contacting the team.

1. Email admin@satubumitechk.com with the subject “Satu Bumi Techk account deletion request”.
2. Include your username, company name and whether you want account deletion, specific data deletion or a correction.
3. Use your registered email where available. The team may ask for another way to verify that you control the account. Never send a password or authentication code.

What happens to the data?

The team reviews the account, associated contact details and related personal information for deletion or anonymization. Job records shared with other businesses, audit records, unresolved disputes and records subject to applicable retention obligations may need to remain. The team should explain any retained data and its purpose when handling your request.

Recovery backups and copies exported by other authorized users are separate from active account records. See the privacy policy for details. This is an email request process; it does not immediately delete an account when you open the link.
